This is a general-purpose policy covering what the site actually does today. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel. Revisit it once analytics, the contact form, or any third-party embed is switched on.
Information we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to administer a grant request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics are added later, this section will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are processed by our forms provider on our behalf. These providers may process limited technical data, such as IP addresses, in order to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.
Our legacy page includes a video hosted by YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube and no YouTube cookie is set unless you press play. If you do, YouTube receives your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy. We use the no-cookie player to limit what is collected.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shelley@poncacitychamber.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
