Grantseekers need a postal address for submissions, and a phone number builds trust. MMM standards also require an embedded Google Map on the contact page and the full name/address/phone to match the Google Business Profile exactly.

Form is not connected yet
The form posts to /api/contact, which proxies to ClearSite. It needs CLEARSITE_SITE_SLUG and CLEARSITE_API_KEY before it will deliver anything. Until then it returns a 503 and the form shows an error rather than pretending to succeed.
